Case 1:
Ahmad is very breathless and only able to speak in single words.

45 year old farmer,  experiencing a sudden onset of profuse sweating, vomiting and feeling that ‘his legs would not hold him up’.

Radha  woke up and  she had trouble washing her hair and face as her hand felt clumsy.

Case 5:
Mr Salaa, 63 presents after two days history of vomiting blood.

Case 6: Mohsen, 62 has had hypertension with moderate non-compliance to treatment for years and complains of increasing shortness of breath.

Case 7: Safaa, was brought to your Emergency Department having been found unconscious in his room after a heavy drinking bout.

Case 8:

A 45 year old man is brought into ER by his family with a history of generalized tonic-clonic seizure lasting 15 minutes at home.

Case 9: A 47-year-old man arrives without an appointment complaining of central chest pain. He tells the receptionist "he thinks he is having a heart attack".

Case 10:
Noor is a 28 year old farmer brought in to the ER by her family, semi-conscious.

Case 11:

A 48 year old woman, comes to the emergency complaining of acute shortness of breath.  She is a known COPD patient, with several admissions to your hospital in the past.

A 59-year old rural dwelling woman, is brought in hurriedly after she lost consciousness.  On initial brief examination she appears to be completely unresponsive.
