Omar, A 7 year old boy presented with high fever, congested eyes, red macular rash involving the face and descending down to the trunk. His throat is congested with bright red buccal mucosa. In addition he looks drowsy but his neck is not stiff, the abdomen is soft, no organomegaly. The mother is astonished in that she has noticed similar conditions among the surrounding people in spite of the fact that they have completed their vaccination schedules.
