Haydar, an 11 year old child was exposed to an extensive injury on his left arm with a dirty tool. He received first aid measures at the nearby PHCC. Ten days later, he started to complain of painful spasm of muscles of the forearm and upper arm, with high fever. The wound was red, inflamed. The doctor took a swab and started prompt treatment.
