Sailesh is a 2 year old boy who presented to the PHCC of a remote rural district accompanying his father who was newly diagnosed as an active case of pulmonary tuberculosis (APTB). The child looks well on physical examination with a history of BCG examination since the 1^st week of birth, with positive scar on upper left shoulder.
