Fatima has no other symptoms that suggest organic illness, other psychiatric illness, or alcohol and drug abuse. She is taking no medication.

There is no suggestion of domestic violence. Although she does confide, after some discussion, that she did, in fact, separate from Raj two weeks ago and is living with her mother. She agrees that her symptoms have been worse since the time of her separation.

On examination you can find no abnormality, and all investigations are normal.
