| The inimitable Dr Manzoor
Butt, of the Maqbool Clinic, Rawalpindi, has found yet
another way of raising the economic and social status
of the women and girls of the local community. His 'Hina artist' competition was launched
during 'marriage month' in Pakistan and was open to
non-professional artists only. The competition was a
truly international event with judges Emeritus Professor
John Beasley, of the American Family Practice Board
and Lesley Pocock, Publisher of the MEJFM in Australia.
